1. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is concluded when we dispatch the item. Our stock is shared with our other sales channels, so in rare cases an item may sell out after you pay and before we confirm your order. In that case we cancel the order and refund you in full right away.

2. Prices and errors

Prices are generated automatically. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error or description error, we may cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund you in full.

3. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.

5. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited: automated bulk purchasing, hoarding for resale, and false claims or fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in product images and text remains with the respective rights holders. Rights holders can request removal at [email protected] and we respond promptly.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to future orders only and never to orders already placed.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example using our withdrawal form, by email at [email protected], or the model withdrawal form below. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

You must send back the item without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. If you withdraw from this contract, you must bear the direct cost of returning the item.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the price you paid, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item back, or, if earlier, the day you supply evidence that you have sent the item back. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, including sealed new video games, once you have unsealed them after delivery. Unsealing a sealed new item excludes that item from the right of withdrawal under this exception.
